DMCA & Takedown Policy

Template — review before publishing. Adapt to your hosting and jurisdiction, and designate a real contact for notices.

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown requests. If you own rights to a tool or content published here and believe it was shared without permission, contact us and we'll act promptly.

How to file a notice

Send the following to [dmca/contact email]:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work or material you claim is infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on this site where it appears.
  • Your contact details (name, email, address).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify whoever posted it.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Our policy

We publish free, open-source or author-permitted tools and do not knowingly host infringing files. Repeat infringers' submissions will be refused.
